• Layout preferences and column settings
• Content organization parameters
• Usage analytics and performance metrics

Content Processing Notice: While we process educational content to provide our services, we do not:

• Store original notes or generated summaries beyond the necessary processing period
• Use uploaded content for training our AI models
• Share or sell user content to third parties
• Analyze content for purposes other than providing the requested study material generation

3. Data Usage and Storage

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Processing and transforming study notes into compact formats
• Generating organized and space-optimized study materials
• Improving Application performance and accuracy
• Technical troubleshooting and support

Temporary Storage: Educational content is stored only for the duration necessary to complete the requested transformations. Once processing is complete and results are delivered, original uploads and intermediate processing data are automatically deleted from our systems.

4. Content Rights and Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring they have the right to use and process uploaded educational content

• Generated Summaries: Retained only until delivered to user
• Processing Data: Automatically purged after task completion
• Layout Preferences: Retained for the duration of active account status
