CheatSheet Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CheatSheet application ("the Application"), you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Application-specific terms ("App Terms") in addition to BrandBeat's general Terms of Use ("General Terms").

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

2. Study Material Processing and AI Service Description

The Application provides the following services through artificial intelligence technology:

• Study note analysis and transformation capabilities
• Generation of compact and organized study materials
• Content optimization and space management
• Multi-column layout organization
• Integration with Canva templates

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Application processes educational content using AI technology. Results may vary and are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated content for any particular academic or educational purpose.

3. User Representations and Warranties

By using the Application, you represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights to use and process any educational content you upload
• Your use of the Application complies with all applicable academic integrity policies
• You will not upload content containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material
• You understand and accept that AI-generated study materials may require verification and should not be relied upon without review

4. Intellectual Property Rights

CRITICAL INFORMATION REGARDING CONTENT RIGHTS:

• You retain all rights to your original study notes and materials
• AI-generated summaries are provided under a limited, non-exclusive license for your use
• The Application does not claim ownership of your uploaded content
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated materials complies with applicable copyright laws and academic policies
• The Application cannot and does not guarantee that generated content is free from third-party intellectual property rights

Source Content Notice: The use of copyrighted educational materials, textbooks, or third-party content as source material is entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that:

• Using copyrighted material without permission may violate applicable laws
• We do not verify the ownership or rights status of uploaded content
• You bear all responsibility for any legal consequences arising from your use of source materials

5. Usage Guidelines and Restrictions

You agree to the following binding conditions:

• You shall not use the Application to infringe upon any intellectual property rights
• You shall not upload content containing confidential academic information
• You shall not attempt to reverse engineer the AI system
• You shall not use the Application for generating inappropriate or illegal content

8. Limitation of Liability

• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT OR ACADEMIC INTEGRITY DISPUTES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ACADEMIC OR EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES RESULTING FROM USE OF GENERATED CONTENT
• YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION IS TO CEASE USING THE APPLICATION

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrandBeat from:

• Any claims arising from your use of copyrighted or protected materials
• Any violations of academic integrity policies
• Any misuse of the Application or generated content
• Any claims related to your uploaded content or generated study materials
