• BRANDBEAT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION OR GENERATED GRID PATTERNS
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DESIGN DECISIONS OR OUTCOMES RESULTING FROM USE OF OUR GRID SYSTEMS
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY BUSINESS LOSSES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF THE APPLICATION
• YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION IS TO CEASE USING THE APPLICATION

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrandBeat from:

• Any claims arising from your use of generated grid patterns
• Any misuse of the Application's features
• Any violations of these Terms
• Any claims related to your design implementations
