IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Application processes text using AI technology. Results may vary and are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated content for any particular purpose.

3. User Representations and Warranties

By using the Application, you represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and process any text content you upload
• Your use of the Application complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• You will not upload content containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material
• You understand and accept that AI-generated content may be subject to various legal restrictions in different jurisdictions

4. Intellectual Property Rights

CRITICAL INFORMATION REGARDING CONTENT RIGHTS:

• You retain all rights to your original uploaded content
• AI-generated summaries and points are provided under a limited, non-exclusive license for your use
• The Application does not claim ownership of your uploaded content
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable copyright laws
• The Application cannot and does not guarantee that generated content is free from third-party intellectual property rights

• YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION IS TO CEASE USING THE APPLICATION

• Any claims arising from your use of copyrighted or protected materials
• Any violations of intellectual property rights
• Any misuse of the Application or generated content
• Any claims related to your uploaded content or generated summaries

9. Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable laws regarding AI-generated content in your jurisdiction
• Obtaining necessary permissions for use of source materials
• Ensuring your use of generated content complies with local regulations
• Understanding and following applicable copyright laws
